At Grace, we are in the midst of an exciting time of transition. A long term pastor has retired, it will be at least a year before a new pastor comes and we are seeking to find new ways to be involved with the greater community of Port Huron.
As always, we welcome anyone who is seeking to discover God in the beauty of holiness, to grow spiritually and to make a difference in our world, locally and globally. Our worship is solemn and joyful, ancient and modern, comforting and challenging.
Many of our current members came here from other churches or from none at all. We are single and partnered and married. Some of us have children and grandchildren, some of us don’t. We are old and young and from a wide range of economic and educational backgrounds. We grow in relationship with God and explore how to live that relationship out beyond Sunday morning through classes and discussions which are available for children, youth and adults. We also seek to serve our neighbors and to welcome everyone into our congregation.
If you are looking for a place to worship God in Christ or to explore what God and Jesus mean to you, I hope you will give Grace a try. Now more than ever, we are open to new ideas, and welcoming to new people.
